A unique shape created from the 2 outsides of the barrel head. Comes in two sizes, the smaller yet still moderately sized piece usually consists of 4 boards, and the larger one is almost the size of a full round serving board, minus the centre board. It is slightly lighter and easier to hold than the full round serving board.
