The heart of the barrel head. It proudly displays the logo of the cooperage that originally created it, our own brand or plain, this large chopping board is similar in shape to the average chopping board, but certainly not average. We have 2 types of unique handles for easy carrying of our boards. Top mount, or mounted underneath and coming out the side, which also has rubber stoppers on the bottom to prevent scratching. They are bent by hand from the galvanized hoops that used to hold the barrel together.
